Pink carpet, green walls, white painted woodwork and sheet rock applied, well the likes of which I have never seen before ...it was right over the antique grates and not feathered in at the mouldings instead somone used plastic edging and the same at the baseboard in some areas the walls were out farther than the woodwork ... wow bad job.

We took off all the poorly applied sheet rock and resurfaced the original plaster walls then we painted 10" wide stripes in flat and semi-gloss adding just a touch of black to the second to get just enough contrast in the stripe ... I striped all the wood work and stained and poly it to match the rest of the house... handed painted the medalion on the ceiling and swapped out a radiator (so big nothing else fit in the room) white curtains painted the bed black and added a few new pieces ... new green carpet ....GORGEOUS!!
