removed kitchen sink and replaced with tile and bathroom sink ... also installed 8" wall and new door frame mouldings and transome

These are a few before pix of the foyer floor....with the linoleum.....I dont have too many and the ones I have, as you can see, are pretty bad.

we had to replace the plywood sheeting with new boards where it had rotted out this used to be a full bath ...guess it leaked.... i went to ewp and they had the old 1" oak boards

Beautiful hardwood floors hiding under 4 layers of linoleum and luan you can see on the edge of the step how high the floor was before we removed all the layers
